They show one achievement when you pick them up but unlock a different one in the Achievements section. Still missing 2-3 gallery images as I found the Agent ID Cards 10 - 14 are buggy. Anyone have hints for those? I'm currently out of ideas. I am missing the 'Witness fusion,' (bugged) 'Watch comforting?,' and 'See them off till end' achievements. Beat the game and got most things unlocked.
